This notice explains which data Price Tag Composer processes, why, with whom it is shared and which rights may be exercised.
Controller and contacts
The controller is the operator identified on the Legal information page. Privacy requests must be sent to the privacy address published there.
Data we process
We process account and contact data; workspace membership, roles and invitations; catalogs, products, templates, boards, images and backups uploaded by users; seat, device and platform identifiers; plan status and transaction references; technical logs, IP address, security events and support messages. Full payment-card data is handled by the Merchant of Record, not by the service.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to create and manage accounts and workspaces, synchronize content, assign seats, provide support and perform the contract. We also process data for legal obligations and, subject to the balancing required by applicable law, for security, abuse prevention, auditing and reliability. Consent is used only where required, such as for future optional cookies or marketing.
Recipients and providers
We use Clerk for identity and authentication, Cloudflare for hosting, database, storage and security, FastSpring as Merchant of Record for orders and subscriptions, and Resend for operational email. Apple, Microsoft and distribution channels may process data when an app is downloaded or updated through their services. Each provider processes data under its role and agreements.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the user’s country. Where required, transfers must rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another valid safeguard; current details must be checked in each provider agreement.
Retention
A workspace without meaningful activity is archived after 180 days and remains recoverable for 30 days; documented operational backups are kept for 7 days. Other data is kept as needed for the service, security, legal claims, accounting and legal duties, then deleted or anonymised.
Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, withdraw consent and complain to the competent authority. US residents may also exercise rights granted by applicable state law, including correction and opt-out of sale or sharing; Price Tag Composer does not use data for behavioural advertising and does not state that it sells personal data.
Children and changes
The service is intended for professional activity and is not designed for children. Material changes will be published with a new update date and notified when required.
