Terms of service and software licence

These terms govern the website, Price Tag Composer for macOS and Windows, Cloud workspaces and Composer Pro features.
Acceptance and contracting party
By using the service, you accept these terms for yourself or the organisation you are authorised to represent. The provider is the operator identified in Legal information. If consumers are eligible, all mandatory rights in their country of residence remain unaffected.
Accounts and workspaces
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and keep roles, members and devices current. The workspace owner controls administration, content, allocations and permitted transfers; every user remains responsible for actions taken with their account.
Software licence
A limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence is granted to use Price Tag Composer according to the plan, role and active seat count. Users must not bypass limits or access controls, resell access, infringe rights, or attempt to compromise security or availability.
Composer Basic and Composer Pro
Composer Basic provides free local features. Composer Pro enables Cloud, management and collaboration features according to the plan, catalog capacity and purchased or assigned seats. A Pro seat is linked to the authorised user and activated device until revoked or transferred through the available controls.
Orders, prices and renewal
Prices, annual billing period, taxes and total amount are shown before ordering. FastSpring, as Merchant of Record, processes payment and applies its transaction terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; the renewal date and price appear at checkout and in subscription management. Cancelling renewal does not shorten the paid term, unless mandatory law or checkout terms provide otherwise.
User content
Users retain rights in their data and grant only the technical permissions needed to store, process, synchronize, back up and provide it to authorised users. Users warrant that they have rights to uploaded text, marks, images, price lists and other content, and must verify price tags before printing or publishing.
Availability, updates and support
The service may be updated for security, compatibility or feature development. Uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed; maintenance, third-party providers and connectivity can affect Cloud functions. Local and Cloud functions may require minimum compatible versions shown in downloads or the app.
Suspension, termination and export
Access or workspaces may be suspended for breach, security risk, non-payment or legal obligation. Users must export data they wish to keep before deletion. Archive and recovery periods are described in the Privacy notice and service screens.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, no warranties are given beyond those expressly stated. The operator is not responsible for incorrect user content, business decisions, unverified printing or third-party services. Nothing excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and changes
Governing law and venue must be completed by the operator before sales. Mandatory consumer rules prevail where applicable. Material changes will be notified or published before taking effect; continued use does not replace separate consent where the law requires it.
